First of all, the place is cheaper than other hotels researched because it is a ways to walk from Fira but we were happy to do that as we wanted to be frugal. I got bed bugs for the first time in my life here. Not a pleasant way to spend my travels. But the redeeming quality was the owner's husband - a kind and thoughtful man who helped my friend with an injury. | 4 |

| IrinaMon 18 Sep, 2017 | Good priceThe hotel and staff are wonderful. The problem is its location. It was further from the city center but on a street where there is a lot of traffic. And since they mainly use mopeds and ATVs to drive on the island, the sound was extremely loud. It went on until 3am, by that time I already had an insane headache from it and couldn't sleep. I don't know if it is common, but I assume so since there are lots of tourists who will drive around at night. The price though is very affordable. I would recommend to take the room with the garden view as the sea view that I took was facing that loud street. Yet I can't guarantee it will be much better since I didn't try it. Maybe bring ear plugs. Or it will be good for you if you are the one who doesn't want to sleep until 3 anyway. | 4 |
